>>That means no rule of law.

When one side obeys the details of the law and the other side doesn’t, you don’t have the rule of law anyway.

Not talking about not killing. Not robbing. Not hurting innocents.

I’m talking about not following the Roberts Rules of Order, Nit Picking, Administrative Rules that may well be in the constitution but do not lead to fairness.

When both sides follow the rules, then fine.

If one side gets away without following the rules, the rule is dead, in my opinion. There has to be fairness and there has to be justice.

That’s a very slippery slope you are balanced on, mardie.

There has to be fairness and there has to be justice.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That is why the Constitution has to be amended if enough states want it changed, not just ignored. That is why Trump is following the laws carefully even though Demsheviks do not and have not for decades. The Constitution is the law of the land until legally changed. I don’t see anything in the NBC clause that is nit picking. And the dictionary meaning of fair, of course there are other meanings but the one in discussion generally means everyone has to play by the same rules. For our side to abandon the rule of law means chaos, anarchy and utltimately, dictatorship. Picking and choosing which parts of the Constitution to follow and which ones to ignore is precisely what Demsheviks have done, and it has led to ruination.
https://www.dictionary.com/browse/fair
free from bias, dishonesty, or injustice:
a fair decision; a fair judge.
legitimately sought, pursued, done, given, etc.; proper under the rules:
a fair fight.
Fairness and justice would be taking care of the SOBs not following the constitution- Not making the good guys complicit in law breaking. The constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land-not some nerdy Robert’s Rules.
Sorry, I have to agree with LJ here.
