When one side obeys the details of the law and the other side doesn’t, you don’t have the rule of law anyway.

Not talking about not killing. Not robbing. Not hurting innocents.

I’m talking about not following the Roberts Rules of Order, Nit Picking, Administrative Rules that may well be in the constitution but do not lead to fairness.

When both sides follow the rules, then fine.

If one side gets away without following the rules, the rule is dead, in my opinion. There has to be fairness and there has to be justice.
