Concur that vid was an AC-130. To be fair to the media, at least this one was actually in IRAQ and not some machinegun shoot in Kentucky.

Yeah, it was some variant of Hellfire, but not the flying ginsu. Not a thermobaric. Not a HEAT.
I’m thinking now some kind of basic HE warhead. Very little fragmentation, lots of blast, no crater. Very effective on humans. Turns internal organs and tissue to jello. Can leave larger intact pieces (like torsos) without shredding.
