A North Carolina couple cooking a frozen pizza Monday inadvertently charred a snake that somehow found its way inside the oven, a report said.
Amber Helm and her husband, Robert Helm, found the crispy critter 10 minutes into cooking their dinner when they noticed a foul smell emanating from the stove at their Wake Forest home, according to The News & Observer.

I hated the idea of pineapple on pizza until I tried it - maybe snake is the next big topping.
Traditionalists may not like it, but Americans have been the primary drivers of pizza evolution.

I will admit, the best pizza I’ve ever had is in NYC and Boston. I wish we could get even one reasonable thin crust NY style pizza out here in Cali - I’d even forego the snake.

New Haven, Connecticut will arguably have the *best* pizza.
Since I moved to Vermont, there is no such thing as *pizza* up here. Alas. :(

There’s a few good pizza joints around Tampa. One near the Amalie Arena claims their pizza dough is prepared with tap water “imported” from Brooklyn.
