what the hell has Ron Rivera ever done? As soon as his QB went down the team looked like the Dolphins. But when Drew Brees missed 5 games, the Saint still went 5-0. THAT is a good coach. Dan Snyder is a moron, and should have just hired a good college coach instead.

He did, once, when he hired the Old Ball Coach, and compared to what they've had since, he wasn't that bad at all.
Rivera won the division 3 years running an took the team to the SB. And did all that with a team that was never complete in any way. 1 pretty good QB and sometimes a good receiver has been pretty much the Panthers’ personnel his whole run. He’s pretty successful. It’s a good hire.
