I don’t think that the Page/Struck/Stroke texts that were made on government phones would have the same protection as was the private conversation of people who were illegally wire-tapped.
But let Struck/Stroke waste his money bringing the suit.

Did you ever get a chance to watch Page/Struck/Stroke’s e-mails being acted out? It was long but really quite funny. I can understand why Page would be embarrassed over that.
