I know he did it to keep his family from suffering any further. Do you know though if he plead guilty right off or was there some kind of plea agreement? Because if a plea agreement and he didn’t give up the right for an appeal then he could appeal it. But if one pleads guilty right off you can’t appeal.
That I really can’t answer, I just don’t know.
