From the article you posted:

“The case, according to the administrative plan, should go to the Honorable Holly Meyer.

Meyer has experience as a former prosecutor and counsel for the Department of Human Services. She first sat on the bench filling a vacancy by appointment of Gov. Asa Hutchinson and then was elected to her current seat.”

Judge Meyer sounds promising.

At least she was 1st appointed by a pubbie.

But no this article gives no info as to why he recused.

Maybe he has ties to the Clintoon’s and doesn’t want it outed.

"McSpadden filed an order saying he was recusing pursuant to the Administrative Plan of the 16th Judicial Circuit, which covers five counties in rural north-central Arkansas."

"According to the administrative plan, the case will now go to Circuit Judge Holly Meyer of Heber Springs.

When they speak of the Administrative Plan it appears that is just the rules that need to be followed for the 16th circuit court."

All the articles I have read said he never gave any reason.

I found this below article and maybe this is why. Read all the comments.

JUDGE
