It’s hard to believe that cranky old commie will get the nomination but you might be right.

Bernie isn’t even a Democrat. The Rat party gives a lot of power to superdelegates who could elevate a new entrant to frontrunner status in a very short period of time. I’m not sure even a hail mary Hillary or Moochele deal could work now, as divided and splintered as they are. And Steyer and Bloomie seem intent on spending tons of money to further split the D vote.

The Democrat superdelegates and power structures maintain more power if they run Bernie.

If they award the nomination to someone who didn’t even compete in the primaries then Bernie’s faction will run a candidate of their own who could very well do good against the Democrat candidate and embolden Bernie’s socialists in 2024.

If they just let Bernie run he will lose in a landslide all by himself and that should be the end of his faction.

old fart neo-socialist commie who will NEVER be president. Never. He’s too old, he is obviously senile and he is a lying pure communist demagogue who has never worked a day in his life.

He will run up against union supporters (and not SEIU or AFSCME— the heavy dudes, teamsters, AFL-CIO, miners) who do not like his politics, one damn bit.
