An obvious unstable system; however I think it is an effort to move the center of power from the executive to the Speaker of the House. The Dems are confident they can maintain control of the House through overwhelming voter fraud, including illegal immigrants voting. Just look at the fight over the census asking citizenship status.
Everyone keeps talking about how the Dems are ruining their 2020 chances at the ballot box, but as extreme as they have become on almost every issue I do not think they are worried about the ballot box. Whatever their ploy is, we need to be prepared for more extremism.
