Wishing you all a beautiful holiday week and Merry Christmas. Thankfully we just have a green bean casserole to make and some treats and an easy get together with another family. Right next door. Well they are about 800 feet away in the woods like us. The car will not even warm up. Also wishing you all the happiest of New Years and have fun planning next year’s gardens. Hey Diana, maybe for New Years week we can have a Post your New Years Garden Resolutions? Like something we will do differently this next season. I learn a lot from the others here.

Thanks for the ping. So what are the best-tasting most-early cool-weather fruit-full tomatoes? I have seen the lists, but am looking for experience. I have Early Girl, which are very good, and disease-resistant.

HO HO HO!!!

Beautiful, warm, sunny weather here in Central Missouri over the weekend, with more of the same expected for Christmas.

No time for gardening over the weekend. Getting ready for the Christmas gathering with family. Put some hams into cure on Friday. Venison slices marinating to be made into jerky. Caught a few squirrels for the freezer and made a trip to Amish country for baked goods and other yummies on Saturday. 18lb boneless rib roast aging in the refrigerator.

HO HO HO!!!
