The media did the same with the McCain-Trump spat. Nobody reported that it was McCain who had started the ugliness, saying it was very disrespectful of Trump to hold a rally in his State, because it brought out all the “crazies.”
Do not believe for a minute that the elite never-Trumpers have gone away. They just lay low but pop their ugly heads up every chance to attack Trump based on his non-PC words.
