So how long can denture-rattling Pelosi sit on this garbage?
Is there an expiration date?
Best used by or it becomes invalid?

The Constitution says the impeachment process involves both chambers.

No, the Constitution says the Impeachment process is the exclusive purview of the House of Representatives.

Once impeached, the Senate holds a trial to convict or acquit.

This has nothing to do with impeaching the President, it is just a tactic to reduce his lead in the the upcoming election. They just can’t accept the results of the Electoral College in 2016.

And you are a Constitution scholar since when?

You are wrong. An impeachment vote as described by the constitution is not any less an impeachment. Period.

So they took a censure vote and slapped the name impeachment on it. Having their cake and eating it too.

The angle Sundance at CTH is postulating is that the approved articles of impeachment are the basis for court cases to get the previously denied Muller Grand Jury material and other material that POTUS has declared Executive Privlege on.

I was always wondering what was up with Princess Nancy pushing impeachment knowing the Senate would acquit. Didn’t make sense given her penchant for dirty dealings. The Sundance theory does make sense as it will support the impeachment that will never end.

Impeachment is now the harness with which congress will restrain Trump. It’s out there, if Trump does not toe the line they will pull the trigger. Where are the fact finding hearings in the senate? Will mcconnell put the senate in recess so Trump can make recess appointments? I think not. They’ve queued up impeachment so they can remove Trump in short order if he steps out of line.

If the articles are not delivered to the Senate there is no trial so the impeachment did not fail. They can say to the monkeys in their base that they voted to impeach the orange man. It also did not succeed so the voters may cool down by November.

That’s exactly right.

They have only adopted some text. They haven’t gone through the process.

He hasn’t been impeached. Yet.

Why isn’t she sending over what they voted on? If she changes things up, wouldn’t they have to vote again?

The Constitution says the impeachment process involves both chambers.

The Constitution says that the House has the sole power of impeachment, so I don't think it's correct to say it involves both chambers.

But for a different reason, I think you are correct to say that it still isn't impeachment.

If the House doesn’t produce articles of impeachment for the Senate then the impeachment process hasn’t been completed and there is no impeachment.

Each member of the House was voting on Articles of Impeachment. Not a House Resolution.

So this raises legal issues that I’m not qualified o answer.

Will Nancy have committed fraud by getting the house to vote on a Resolution and not Impeachment?

Will the whole matter be drooped?

I do know the matter can’t be downgraded due to lack of progress or action.
