Yeah that to remove from office, but he has been impeached, but the House must send the articles of impeachment to the Senate for that impeachment (indictment) to become official. If they fail to send over the articles of impeachment then it is as if the impeachment never occurred. At least according to their own constitutional scholar they had a witness, whose name I can’t remember. Once they send over the articles of impeachment President Trump is then officially impeached, regardless of the outcome in the Senate. That makes sense, when explained in that fashion. 8>)

There was some brief discussion on Ingrahm's show, Robert Ray said the impeachment could be expunged by a future House, and certainly if both House and Senate passed the same expungement resolution.

It's not over until it's over!
