Maybe, but now its in the congressional record, which it needs to be. Actually I don't think it is. Not unless it gets read on the floor of the House. It'll be part of Trump's archives though.

You: Actually I don't think it is. Not unless it gets read on the floor of the House. It'll be part of Trump's archives though. It was copied to the full House and Senate. One or more Republican congressmen or women will read it into the record of tomorrow's impeachment proceedings.
