A smart person would assume it happens all over the place for all kinds of reasons. It’s brilliant when you think about it. Hiding in plain sight. I suspect that now that it’s been exposed, there are programmatic ways to overcome the efforts to hide these things and expose them. That means we will be hearing more about this going forward.
