As people “play” and the information spreads, Q will occasionally test the spread and encourage it, so that it becomes an international spread of information.
Two years ago, good information could be stopped dead in its tracks. Today there’s an underground that is going overground that can move that information around the globe at viral speeds. So now there’s an independent channel that could be of great use in the future to our side.
