At the start of a convention, someone always rises to motion to adjourn. The question us called znd the vote is taken.
Substantially, a parliamentarian move to justify the work to come. Especially if the convention is just a “rubber stamp” gathering.
I’m Watching peachmint right now on faux and I just heard speaker Nanny just say “we gather under the dome of this temple of democracy” after she said her pledge of allegiance.
Look close at the design on the podium she is speaking from. The design carved into the wood on the front of the podium sure looks like a similar design that was at the base of the temple on Epstein island in that court yard.

Core of BC is midnight blue. POTUS wants to be there to talk with the union members who, having worked hard to earn a comfortable life, are starting to waver in their “bloc-support” of the DEMs. This is shown by Trump winning the *county* in 2016. It wasn’t a landslide, tho.
