Looks more like sub malar cheek implants. Dermal filler is usually not as symmetrical, and tends to have softer edges. Either way, this is a fright.
It can be fixed, but requires some very expensive surgery and down time...................

I’m a year older than hillary. I don’t try to hide my age. I strive to be reasonably sociable, do enough exercise to stay in shape, look healthy, dress nicely, keep my house well maintained. No hair dyes, occasional minimal eyeshadow and lipstick. EVERYTHING I listed is the polar opposite of hillary. Doesn’t she have a clue how outrageous and deranged she is?
I bet she does.
A noose would fix her neck.
If that face shatters there will be collateral damage.
I predict that in the next few weeks, after the holidays, she will emerge with a whole new face. Plastic surgery, botox, collagen , bondo, whatever..................
