Plan refers to the way the Administration is handling the worldwide cabal -- to include, only as a part of it, the corrupt CIA/FBI and Hillary's enablers.
Doing your own research is going from explicit and unstated hints within the drops, to identify worldwide players or happenings not explicitly spelled out in advance by name.
