Takeaways from Horowitz’s testimony & Barr interview:
(1) The IG FISA report document 60 FISA violations in total, 9 of which were direct fraud and false statements to he court, 17 have been “attributed” to errors.
(2) Brennan/Clapper fabricated evidence that was then fed into The FBI to allow them the “thin” predicate to start the FBI investigation legally
(3) in Jan 2017 the whole case against Carter Page collapses, there was no longer any factual basis to continue the investigation
(4) Steele dossier was compiled based on information Steele gathered from a Russian source, who, when interviewed by FBI in Jan 2017, told the FBI that the information was an exaggeration, inaccurate, or false
(5) Carter Page was under FBI surveillance for meeting with a Russian official. FBI lawyer falsified email from CIA that clarified Carter Page was meeting with Russian official as a CIA informant and on behalf of US government
(6) Papadopoulos was under FBI surveillance for making a suggestion to a foreign government (Australia) informant that he heard from someone that Russia may have Clinton emails
(7) FBI never disclosed this exculpatory evidence to the courts, as they are required to do, and continued to push, along with the media, the false narrative that Russia was colluding with the Trump campaign
(8) The evidence gathered and used to justify the Russia investigation was dead in the water by early 2017 and they continued a large criminal conspiracy to fraud the court, the public and continue spying and disparaging a President in the press which led to Mueller, which Durham is now investigating.
Reminder: before all this happened Adm Mike Rogers of NSA found Democratic paid contractors (Fusion/Crowdstrike) were illegally using NSA systems to spy on Trump and other Americans. He took these logs to the FISC court in late 2016 and won a ruling from a judge. It then was a race with teh DS to keep spying by submitting a FISA application before the ruling would be shared with the wider court.
DS players then submitted the first fraud FISA which was REJECTED
DS Players then slapped the Steele Sh!t Dossier in to “put it over the line” and get the first FISA on Page.. who they knew was a CIA informant working against the Russians.. In fact, Clinesmith forged the email by removing that page was in fact working for CIA at the time.. !!!
So Mike Rogers finds them in NSA systems, gets a court ruling, DS then files false FISA applications to keep spying.. They then kick off CIA feeding false reports through FFG (Friendly Foreign Government) to legally start CrossFire Hurricane. and give them the “legal framework” for the coming Mueller sh!tshow they would feed the “work product” of Hurricane into as another legal predicate to start the Special Counsel. This is what Durham now has authority to investigate..
Barr is playing future past... he knows what is important tomorrow will be what he does today.. He has to limit Durham to only evidence he can prove in court, this means every step of the investigation has to be limited scope, the exact opposite of what the Deep State did during Hurricane..
When prosecuting government investigative corruption, you better make sure your sh!t is Columbo level yourself or the DS will destroy the whole case of any tiny mistake or omission. You must be 100% clean and by the book exactly what Barr/Durham doing.
