Not MS13? I thought MS13 did it, and they were subsequently executed. Or does he mean someone higher up the foodchain who was involved in ordering or supervising the hit?

I would say absolutely that MS-13 was directed from on high if they indeed did the hit. Why else would they do it? He says Q is an operation from the Northern Army of Virginia. So I reckon finances could be some sort of issue.
BD Anon maintains that he is with one group of ‘operators’ and has hinted at DOJ with ties to White House.
He also maintains that the Q Team is another group of operators, with closer ties to the WH, who are more mercenary in their intentions. I.e. they’ll work for the highest bidder, but they don’t really like the group we call the cabal.
I pop in on /pol/ on occasion to see if BD is posting. I view it pretty much as fan fiction from a partial insider. If he is legit, I think he’s looking at the elephant from a different viewpoint.
Just bear in mind that we are never going to know the whole truth. Take what you find, apply Occams Razor (A little critical thinking) and continue to march.
