It’s not a font that makes the lowercase G
look like a lowercase Q.
It just changes to a q when you paste it.

I tested what you found and confirmed.
It doesn’t “change” to “q”s - they are “q”s embedded in the doc and just looks like “g”s because they’re underlined. VERY TRICKY! This is a massive “Q” proof! WWG1WGA :)
