If she and others are really into or profiting from warmongering, organ harvesting, drug running and all ages of trafficking and all of it like some of us believe, it wouldn’t surprise me if they did have cyanide capsules.
Their worst fear is probably the unwashed masses finding out and lynching them or what will happen to them if they get jailed.
