The State Department may have a trackable history of laundering money from corrupt Congressional budgets, to the US Treasury, to the State Department who skims off the top, for distribution to a corrupt country, funding a corrupt foreign corporation (US grants), who employ relatives of the very same corrupt politicians who funded the scheme in the first place. Clintons, Bidens, Romneys, Kerrys, Pelosis....easy peasy. These people are sick.
:::::The way this works, apparently, is the US taxpayers (Congressmen) send Aid money to other countries. The Aid money is then dispersed people who then keep a bit, and kick back massive amounts to children of US politicians, or their “foundations”. Very little is done with the Aid money.:::::

SOMEWHERE —?? (I don’t remember maybe on a previous Q thread) - there was a copy of a letter from the Trump administration to the State Department requesting an accounting/audit of all foreign aid? Does anyone else remember reading that?
Discussion was about the effect this had on State. (Anger, TDS, sedition, etc.)
