Anything like blood, sweat, semen, or even breast milk that is a a blood product would contain the donor’s DNA. A woman with a male donor would actually show up as a male (XY chromosomes) in a DNA test. Might be a great way to commit the perfect crime.

I think there was a CSI (or other show) episode involving a scenario like that.

The actual stem cells that become the sperm and egg nuclei retain the original host DNA so there is no effect on the germ line in reproduction.

Before credits roll of the movie "Citizen X"**, there's a comment that a female Russian forensic examiner who missed the culprit's DNA, claimed that people could have two DNAs. The comment added she was not believed. (CYA)

**The horrific 1980s serial murderer who, over a period of years, killed over 50 people, mostly 17 and under. He was caught and executed. The real criminal was the Soviet bureaucracy ("Only the decadent West has serial killers.") GREAT movie, BTW.
