Extra smart plan because you’ll never experience pain. And if you do you’ll tough it out. Unlike those degenerate, crybaby drug addicts!

I don’t understand your point. I don’t have a problem with people with opioid addiction, I know people who struggle with it, and also people who died from it. My disabled uncle was lied to when they said his pain medication was non-addictive, and he believed it. Millions of other people were lied to and set up for it by unscrupulous medical practitioners and Perdue Pharma. I’m not saying Opioids should be banned, but the Sacklers shouldn’t be allowed to profit from abusing the system and ruining millions of people’s lives. The Sacklers are no different than the drug cartels, in my opinion they’re actually worse because the cartels don’t pretend to be anything other than what they are.

There’s the rub in the ointment, coaster123: The drugs can cause the brain/body to be rewired on some folks.

Opiods to some folks can compare like food to folks who go to Overeaters Anonymous, in each struggles.

While my food addiction doesn’t cause outward destruction to the neighborhood it does add destructive costs to my medical community and that in turn gets passed on to the other folks in my insurance pool.

I work within my weakness and go to the Gym to also try to reign in the damage I caused to my body over the years.

That said, it’s an everyday struggle.

I’m not going to give blanket excuses to Opiod users, and especially the drug dealers.

Drug dealers need the Death Penalty with it comes to the Opiods because they DO know the exact harm and especially the illegal Opiods.

It’s also a known chain of weakness of Opiod usage to mental illness. The mental illness is not even even cared to in such an extent of being able to place folks needing watching into those facilities needed. That is due to the Supreme Court ruling years ago, and now to the costs passed on to all the insurance companies.

It’s a hard nut to crack.

You need to be thankful, and I do mean THANKFUL, coaster123 if you’ve never fallen prey to Opiods.

I am in that .001 percent than cannot take most pain drugs because of extremely nasty mental side affects, so I thank the Lord God for forcing me to work through all my pain without the possibility of drugs.

He knows all my weaknesses and figures, I guess my enjoyment and true addiction to Comfort Food is enough for my shoulders.
