How to ‘steal’ taxpayer money?
The ‘Con’:
>Determine ‘topic(s)’ that have emotional pull (connect) on ‘vocal’ types
>Create media blitz [scare] campaign (’talking points’)(’alarmist’)
>Use ‘pro-narrative minded’ authorities on subject to provide foundation to support
>Deploy ‘circular reporting’ and ‘group-think’ tactics (echo chamber) to artificially raise ‘public outcry’
>Use ‘public outcry’ to justify billion dollar taxpayer spend
>Rinse/repeat
Who audits where the money goes?
% to original mandate?
Salary of a US Senator?
Salary of a US Congressman/woman?
Salary of a US President?
Salary of a US Vice President?
Net worth pre_office?
Net worth post_office?
How do elected officials become mega/multi-millionaires?
Corruption.
Logical thinking.
Q
I found a nice chart very recently but can’t find it now.
Follow the (Climate Change) Money
https://www.heritage.org/environment/commentary/follow-the-climate-change-money
Shortly after the latest Chicken Little climate change report was published last month, I noted on CNN that one reason so many hundreds of scientists are persuaded that the sky is falling is that they are paid handsomely to do so.
I noted that In America and around the globe governments have created a multi-billion dollar Climate Change Industrial Complex. And then I added: A lot of people are getting really, really rich off of the climate change industry. According to a recent report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office, Federal funding for climate change research, technology, international assistance, and adaptation has increased from $2.4 billion in 1993 to $11.6 billion in 2014, with an additional $26.1 billion for climate change programs and activities provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act in 2009.

Lets Do Follow the Climate Money!
https://fcpp.org/2019/02/07/lets-do-follow-the-climate-money/
Worldwide, according to the progressive Climate Policy Initiative, climate change investment in 2013 totaled $359 billion but this falls far short of the $5 trillion per year thats actually needed.
The UNs Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change echoes those greedy demands. It says the world must spend $2.4 trillion per year for the next 17 years to subsidize the transition to renewable energy.
Bear in mind that $1.5 trillion per year was already being spent in 2014 on Climate Crisis, Inc. research, consulting, carbon trading and renewable projects, according to the Climate Change Business Journal. With 6-8% annual growth, were easily looking at a $2-trillion-per-year climate industry by now.
The US Government Accountability Office puts United States taxpayer funding alone at $2.1 billion per year for climate change science
$9.0 billion a year for technology R&D
and $1.8 billion a year for international assistance. Total US Government spending on climate change totaled $179 billion (!) from 1993 through 2017, according to the GAO. Thats $20 million per day!
