After cruising around in street view it seems to me that the derps can say... "Yah well that's all they have, they lucked out with the traffic cam"... Which you can see in the top left of that view. But there is no traffic cam on the bridge from the angle where the image in drop #3645 was taken (obivously same time of night).

IMO, Q is trolling the derps, "we had a guy on the bridge watching you the whole time, GOTCHA"...

Q is still squeezing someone.
