Having a separate lawyer representing the children is the biggest relief. SHE has worked with their lawyer ( who has decreased his fees) before. That S in the pronoun also gave me hope. She regularly works with a psychologist who evaluated children for all types of abuse.
Since Christmas , the mothers family is supportive of the father and are willing to testify against her. They have contacted the father. The uncle she blamed for abusing her said he wouldn’t give one red cent to the Whore. That she had been accusing him of things that just didn’t happen and he wasn’t being manipulated by her fantasies. He is willing to testify if necessary. Told the children he heard TN was a great state and they will love it. Her sister, their baby sister and the oldest cousin are all coming forward to testify against the mother at their own request and expense.
Now it’s just a matter of getting the case in front of the one appellant judge. Or if he returns the case to local to the new family court trial judge ! All materials presented there the first time are still in place. Father will
Loose his job in TN but will find another when they return there together.
Again you are thanked profusely for your prayers. They are working. She is also praying for you, your husbands and all here in need of prayer.
