Good morning from room 2033... Merry Christmas to all.

I tried to bring over my Wise Men still Seek Him graphic but couldn’t even get the link from Facebook and posit pix with my phone is such a pain

Hope to clear up a few things... My health.. the doctors say (all of them here) that my organic health is excellent. All my labs come out terrific.. on the average to good side. Hemoglobin, iron, aminos, HDL etc....My health issues the past 4 years have all be mechanical (body part not pathogen) related. They have nothing to do with eating meat or not eating meat. Most of the docs say my diet and lab numbers are superior to most of their other patients. I have been a vegetarian (not vegan) for 45 years. Only had the health issues really get crazy the past 4 years. My diet is very good.. lots of fresh fruit and veggies, lots of grain; lots of legumes/beans... and probably too much cheese - my weakness. But my cholesterol numbers are excellent.

My chiropractor is very helpful to me. Just a bit ago the doc came in and we chatted about half an hour.. he asked about my back issues. I told him and told him I went to a chiropractor for help. He said good. He asked which one? Not only does he go to a chiropractor but he goes to the same one I do! LOL. Not everyone needs the same care... and sometimes you go to a practitioner that is not as good as they should be. If I have 20/20 vision I won’t be critical of you for going to an optometrist.

My living situation. NO ONE Here really knows the whole story. And it will remain that way. I have about a half dozen places I could live... Jenny is the closest. As I have shared we do get along but her being an atheist, Trump hater, heavy drinker & pot along the way makes it less than ideal for me. The other people are further away. She is about 35 minutes from me. I actually think God has given her to me as a project.. sometimes I see headway...

My friend Bill is 55 minutes, Mike is 90 minutes, Jim is 90 minutes and a few others out of state would love for me to stay with them Again the homestead situation is why I must remain close for now. I have been at Jens since Thanksgiving and can stay as long as I wish. My kitty CB is with my friend Bill. He was down to one older cat and is really enjoying the spunky youngster who sleeps with him and is his shadow continually.

I know most have beautiful caring hearts here ...and I appreciate it. Truly I do. Especially during the season of Christ’s entrance to the world we remember what love and caring is truly about. I just hope you will trust me.. I really am not stupid..I really have struggled.. but I also know that if I take my last breath tonight, all is well.. It is all about trusting God.. to not just care for you but to give you the wisdom to do the right things.

I really like this hospital. my fourth time here. The food is great, staff nice.. it is a country setting - The overall ambiance reflects the slower kinder pace. I enjoy reading your family food and activities. Sad with some of the family situations and friend situations that are heartbreaking anytime but esp at Christmas.

Last evening I had one visitor(I really discourage strongly visits when I am in hospital). This was someone I didn’t know. A woman maybe 45 or so and she had with her a pup..actually 11 year old dog) part of the Wags in Wings (wings of hospital) visitation. She brought me a nice blanket and I petted Oliver .. He looks just like my oliver who died in 2005. Very nice surprise. She had an armful of blankets to pass out. My dogs Toby and Josy were institutional visiting dogs also. Josy in addition was a cadaver dog... miss my pups

well, texting on phone is the pits so I will give you all a cyber hug and kiss across the miles... thanks for your prayers for me.. pray for my guidance, wisdom.. My health is in God’s hands. He knows what I need there.! (I do offer him frequent suggestions however)LOL

I am better today with the AFrib situation. Still issues with heart but I can walk more than 10 paces without gasping for breath. Ill be here a few days
