I bought 2 turkey breasts at Thanksgiving time so the 2nd one is already thawing in the frig.
We are hammed out as I got a big one for Thanksgiving with the turkey.
I actually thought of having T-Bones or Prime Rib but I think we’ll do that for New Years.
I love pumpkin pie slathered in REAL whipped cream but we are having Cherry Pie, hubby’s favorite next to Pecan Pie.
We bought a YUGE Pecan Pie at Costco just before we came home, even gave some away and we still have some left.
We ALWAYS have prime rib OR beef tenderloin roast for Christmas this year it is beef tenderloin!! Always ham and turkey for thanksgiving I am not a big ham person but I like to get the bone for making split pea soup!!!

I bought 2 turkey breasts at Thanksgiving time so the 2nd one is already thawing in the frig.
We are hammed out as I got a big one for Thanksgiving with the turkey.
I did 2 - 14 lb stuffed turkey’s for Thanksgiving up at our farm (the girls helped). Christmas Eve is at my mom’s, all fish dishes (Italian). Christmas Day is the traveling geese (3). I will cook them at my house and transport them to my in-laws house fully cooked. Dang the price on the geese has almost doubled this year. Ouch...
We are doing lamb as usual, if there’s a crowd we’ll do lamb and salmon.
If I was around and my mouth well, there wouldn’t be any pecan pie left.
