We ALWAYS have prime rib OR beef tenderloin roast for Christmas this year it is beef tenderloin!! Always ham and turkey for thanksgiving I am not a big ham person but I like to get the bone for making split pea soup!!!
I made 15 bean soup out of the ham bone, it was yummy.
We’re not taking any chances, this Christmas.....we’re going to have a tenderloin, a spiral ham AND a turkey breast!!
All kinds of sides, and LOTS of pies and desserts.
I didn’t sit down, today, until about 5:30, from the time I got out of bed, this a.m.
Then, we looked at lights, then off to dinner at our neighbors.
