Got up early
Fed cats and fire

Then I watched our cantata on FB
Not as good as being there but Ps mom and sisters get to see it and that’s what’s important.

Then with Lysies encouragement to eat a healthy breakfast cooked sausage and egg with fruit and a cup of coffee Am actually physically exhausted — too much singing from the gut. Lol
But also such an emotional experience. None of that shows up in the video unfortunately. Just a sweet warm memory.

When the pastor prayed before we went in he emphasized that in the room /choir there were no denominations The Baptist, christians and a couple of renegade Methodist were just joining together to sing praises to our Lord and celebrate the birth of Jesus. That’s what heaven will be like!

Am smiling still. P and I being the renegade. We had five plus friends show up representing Methodist.plus a couple of Lutheran friends. Oh what joy! The candles at end were magical. P had never been a part of the Silent Night candle Lighting ceremony. He was impressed. Another sweet memory for him.
