Now, my question is, have they really been stilled? 13 is not 1/2 of 29. I think we still have some work to do to make certain. Plus, with the Roberts fiasco, how can we be confident there aren't sleeper rats in the bunch?

Exactly. We have been Fooled many times before with judges. But at least we can count on a good many more judges that will uphold the constitution. Even better by the time Trump finishes his second term.
