I am heading to Northern Michigan University in an hour or so, it’s a 7 1/2 hour ride from Chicagoland. My youngest daughter is graduating with her Masters in Education and Languages. After the next surgery I will hopefully be cleared to drive at less during the day. The issues were retina related and pressure behind eye they had no clue about until the surgery started, so they were better prepared for the second surgery knowing this in advance. Second surgey worked as planned.
Have a safe trip Vipper and stay warm.
Congrads to your daughter!
Congratulations to your daughter. Good news on your eyes. When is next surgery?
Congratulations to your daughter and to you.
Glad to hear you got to the bottom of things about your eye.
Good on you for braggin on your kid...
Congrats to your daughter...and to y’all for raisin ‘em right...
My daughter did that a bunch of whiles ago at UNC.
Chucked her great teaching job to get a Masters so she could be in Education Administration.
She recently got certified as “Superintendent” eligible.
If things go as planned in May 2020 she will be a Doctor of Education.
(I think she wants to take over her school district...)
Safe trip to you...
I’m highly myopic, so I’m always concerned about a retinal detachment. Seems that any kind of surgery can bring it on. Now I also get to worry that it’ll bring back the corneal neuropathy. Fun times! But I’m just going to plan on everything going perfectly well and deal with it if it doesn’t. Don’t really have a good alternative :-) sorry you had to deal with issues, but it’s great that your doctor can handle it all.
