That would be unconstitutional as it assumes the guilt of a citizen that is presumed innocent until proven otherwise.

Well whatever. Like I said I’m done making believe I have respect or concerne if this woman drops dead. I want her to die from the cancer as fast as possible even if there’s only an outside chance that with the replacement it will be harder to to get abortions after some ruling
The Democrats will try to drag this out as long as possible and dirty up anybody that is nominated. That is why it is important to place a recess appointee in the position immediately. Keep the Democrats for winning crucial 4-4 split decisions out of the 9th circuit. Roberts should be the the fifth vote but I fear he is compromised.
Trump should have a permanent replacement in mind at this time.
Possibly, maybe multiple.
1.) It think they were trying to Impeach before she goes to her eternal reward because then they would say, "he can't send up a SC nominee, he's illegitimate bla, bla, bla"
2.) They know the Release of the Krakken is coming via not so much Horowitz but IMHO it is that Durham will go ahead with any charges therein & Barr will back him up.
3.) This Biden / Ukraine thing is bigger than we know because it exposes the State Dept and all the players in DC & their kids as being no different than Tony Soprano and his Nephew Christoper, it is not about the foreign aid but the kickbacks aka as Tony would say: "Next time I get a taste".
They are all thick as thieves and I am waiting for the McCain name to be dropped in regards to Ukraine....

Prayers for RBG and her family. It is never easy to watch a loved one suffer as they lay dying.
A 3am hospital visit for a 92yr old after two bouts with cancer does not bode well for her longevity.
The left will go bat sh!t crazy when Trump nominates her replacement. But there’s nothing they can actually DO to stop it.
This isn’t even a decent rumor.
One guy on Twitter hints she may have been hospitalized, doesn’t name her, just hints. No other sources, just this lone person on Twitter.

Mark Dayton - WAS hospitalized- for 5 weeks-
