I like threads like this, too.

A lot of people are afraid to tell of these experiences; they believe that others will think they are just credulous and nutsy.

Anecdotal evidence is often undervalued. But when ‘science’ is reluctant to study certain phenomena in an open-minded way, it’s the best evidence with which we are left.

I believe that in the future, this will change - but it’s going to require some more ‘heroes’, like J. B. Rhine, Ian Stevenson, Dean Radin, etc., and academic ventures like the PEAR group at Princeton, or the Parapsychology Lab at Duke.

When I saw the future - fortunately I had told my husband about the “dream” 3 weeks before the event happened (a guy was killed at a sporting event). So afterwards I told people that I had dreamed this and no one believed me - they thought maybe I had a crush on the guy or I was imagining things. Only my husband knew because I had told him about my dream 3 weeks before. So yes, risk credibility but it was what it was.

I’ve had other things happen that lead one to believe there is more here than we can tell...but that one event was the biggest.
