I don’t know if they were de-mil or not, but The Ukraine was where the old Sov put a lot of their nukes back in the day.

And since nearly everything we were told in the media hasn’t exactly been true, I’m not so sure the “denuclearization” programs were all that real either after the wall came down.

It was my understanding that Ukraine did not have nukes and we were committed to defending them should something happen.
Hence all the anger when Russia was doing crap while Barry was at the helm and he all but left them out to fend for themselves.
