It’s hard for me to imagine a dolt like Vindman being anyone’s “handler”.
I’m sure Vindman has a handler.
They have to find people who are totally corrupt and willing to condone the most vile lies and corruption. Those people are invariably stupid. Hence Q saying "these people are stupid" The light of divinity does not burn in their eyes.
