The photo of a black woman smiling at a young black boy had been splashed for weeks across a web page detailing South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s plan to combat racial inequality, which he billed as a “comprehensive investment in the empowerment of black America.”
But when the woman in the photo learned her likeness was displayed on the Democratic presidential candidate’s campaign website, she was confused, the Intercept’s Ryan Grim reported Sunday. The woman isn’t African American and she’s never heard of the Douglass Plan — she is from Kenya, where the picture was originally taken.
“[W]hat’s the meaning of the message accompanied by the photo?” the woman asked Grim. “Have no idea of what’s happening...”
The photo mix-up is just the latest controversy to erupt around the Douglass Plan since it was rolled out in July as part of Buttigieg’s effort to make inroads with black voters. While recent polling has shown Buttigieg surging toward the front of the crowded Democratic presidential field in Iowa, the candidate has struggled to draw support from African Americans.

The Sodomite president left office 148 years before the Kenyan was sworn in . . . so Mayor Pete is just trying to step up his novelty game a decade later.
See, once the black voters learn that born-wealthy, ivy-educated gay people are oppressed just like slaves and sharecroppers were, they’ll change their attitudes immediately.
The last Kenyan we had as president was making great progress in that direction before Trump came along to spoil it by creating actual jobs.
That’s funny.
His distant blood relations could actually have been in any group photo of Kenya. Just like all of us have resemblance to people of our great grandparent’s countries.
The only thing Obama didn’t resemble is an American.
No one told the socially-conservative Africans they are being coopted without their permission to support the Gay Agenda.

Yes.
Imagine how easy it will be for us to maintain dirt floors in our homes. No Swiffer or special floor cleaners and mops or Dyson vacuum cleaners.
And those nailed together salvaged doors and galvanized steel garbage cans flattened into walls last for decades. Just re-use big plastic buckets from ice cream or lard from restaurants to place under rain water streams from overhead.
And they say Kenyans have low carbon footprints.
