I am sure Alabama will just pull another one out of the depth chart.
Prayers for Tua I hope it is not too serious. As for Bama, this is not good.
It’s being reported that the kip socket is fractured, also. But Bo’s injury had vascular problems that didn’t get good circulation to the hip joint.
Reminds me of Marcus Lattimore. A running back with huge potential, then his knee was shredded twice. 49ers drafted him on a sympathy pick. Never played a single down in the NFL.
This young athlete has had some incredibly bad luck and horrible coaching. There is no way a young athlete with the ankle injury he had should have had in season surgery and then return to football less than three weeks later. The coaches should have let him recuperate for as long as it took even if he had to sit out the year. Have to believe the strain he put on his hip due to gait alteration and less mobility due to the ankle led to his hip dislocation. Where were the adults?
OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you kidding me?!
It’s the damn qb.
I feel so bad for Tua. Last week, he was a warrior. I hope this is an injury he can recover from.
Actually, I think it was the two Mississippi State defenders who dragged him down from behind that caused the injury.
What sort of name is that?
Point well taken. Just running on a football field can lead to all sorts of serious injuries. Just wondering if he was really fit enough to be put on the field.
Prayers for him and his family. Grew up watching Bear Bryant. I am okay with a season, but this guy is a warrior. He wanted to stay in and finish the half after being criticized all last seanson for only playng a quarter n a half.
His brother is also a Bama player.
American Samoa name. Good kid.
I don’t think Alabama is over rated, they are about where they should be. If they were ranked number one that would be wrong but they are not.
Last year “the” Ohio State were way over ranked and got spanked.
Samoan...
I detested Baker Mayfield when he was at Ohio State. Now I kind of of like him....
but I was so glad my DAWGS took them out.
State is so riddled with injuries and suspensions, no reason for Saban even starting the guy
The kid's already banged up.
It might have been wise to let the back up start and rest Tua.
Now, Saban has no choice but to play Jones.
