I don’t know. I searched the copyright thread for Ben Garrison cartoons or his website and didn’t find it. I’ll keep looking.

Thank you for the observation. Looked around a little more and, given the Garrison cartoon I posted was gone, and Pookie18 posts links, I'm gonna go with "not allowed to be posted intact on a thread. I pm'd Pookie in case they have more info but let's assume professional cartoons like Garrison can't be posted on FR until further notice.

Just replied to a PM from ransomnote. My guess was that someone didn’t like the specific cartoon as opposed to copyright rules being violated...
