Flax holds heat a lot better. Mix some dried lavender or eucalyptus leaves up in it because the smell of flax heated up is NOT pleasant.

Good Idea—Eucalyptus might clear the sinus and it sure would mask the smell—it’s not that bad, but then my nose is stuffy right now, so maybe the full effect isn’t wafting around.
