Why not simply suspend the offending FReeper?

Simple - if we suspend the poster we'd have everybody yelling at us about suspending the poster - then we'd have people yelling about "Why isn't this poster suspended??" Blah blah blah, endless crap. We don't enjoy it (ok - most of the time we don't enjoy it ;-)), we don't play favorites and Jim watches it carefully.
