Count you blessing. Those you share with others count double
Oh boy! That looks great.
Cheese balls done. One dried beef and onion. The second with black olives.
Would love that recipe for the pie
Am baking two apple pies. One to take with us and one for home. P and I are going to fight over it we both love apple pie.
Finally found some lard for crust. Bought premade shells just in case none showed up.
Oh hoosiermama! Those cheese balls sound yummy....especially the black olive one! It would be perfect with some rice crackers and a glass (or two) of white wine while watching a Trump rally!
Super easy and you can divide and freeze
Just chopped onion, black olive, dried beef , in cream cheese with a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
Often change up the basic recipe. Have even added horseradish cheese ground up. (Store was out this year. Maybe for Christmas )
Those pics.....😩
Prayers up, for all.
So strange how it blew the sheetrock out...FROM the attic!!
I have dressing in the oven and rolls in fridge.
Send over a cheeseball, please :-)
I have the ingredients to make our family favorite cheeseball...thanks to NIKK mentioning her cheeseball!!
Ours is savory....chopped green omions, cayenne, tabasco, shredded cheddar, in addition to cream cheese, then rolled in finely chopped pecans.
I know some folks prefer sweeter cheeseballs.
Isn’t that perfect? I want to be there!
Red yolks, yuck!!!
Don’t think I could eat them either.
But there is nothing like fresh from the nest eggs.
We would be alarmed at how old our store bought eggs are.
Good news!
HA!!! You are too funny!
I;m sure the blast shook the very foundations of their homes.
A person driving down the street had the side windows facing the blast blown out, hope they are ok, was passenger side.
Yes, prayers up for these folks who have to evacuate and especially for the few who were hurt.
Thankful no one was killed.
Hi Gran....
I’ve heard that they can keep eggs for a year. Hard to believe. I know if they go on sale at a really low price....don’t buy ‘em! They have to move them fast lol.
Good Morning to a wonderful bunch of kids in the Trump Cult.

His words and humility stand in stark contrast to the politicians of our time.
Thanksgiving is a quintessential American holiday. It is a holiday that in many ways requires some sense of the supernatural whether we care to acknowledge it or not. Below you will find our first Presidents proclamation of Thanksgiving in which his sense of the hand of Providence upon the American Republic is quite clear. Indeed, his mixing of church and state, of belief and practice is undeniable.
When you read it, consider the tone, humility, and outlook of President George Washington and ask yourself if any of our current leaders match him. It is, for me, a breath of fresh air, a reminder that while our Founders had many sins, they were at the same time driven to seek the good, the true, and the beautiful. They were deeply rooted in Western Civilization and understood the symbiosis between belief and practice.
For those who would argue that the Founders believed in a firm separation between church and state, a division of belief and practice, this document is a challenge. Here we have the first president, a man who served his country in humility, helped steer her course, and intimately understood the type of government they were creating, assigning a day through government proclamation to be one devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficient Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be President Washington even gives thanks to the Almighty for the Constitution!
Taking our cue from our first President, on this Thanksgiving we should give thanks and, furthermore, take the time to refresh both our spirits and minds. Godspeed!

MAGA Happy Thanksgiving, sweetie.
To you and yours have a wonderful time together enjoying the spirit of being so THANKKFUL!
So you just throw everything in, mix it up, and form a ball? That sounds like even I could do it lol.
