Regarding Erdogan (air-doe-wan)...
Back when the color-revolutions were sweeping North Africa and the Levant (around 2014-15), inspired, funded and supported by soros, the beast, hussein, et al. Erdogan had come off his second win and was consolidating power.
He is just your average middle eastern strongman. At the crossroad of Europe and Asia, he is more Asia in that regard.
He doped the wind and started making noises about representing the muslim crescent as something of a Caliph. He was fairly popular in Turkey, and respected in the Levant and N Africa. He made several trips around the region at the time.
This power play was a mistake on his part because he didn’t realize that he didn’t fit into the ‘new order’ being designed for the region by hussein & co. Soros/hussein/beast etc. were already aligned with Gulen (and the muslim brotherhood) and Erdogan was not.
Next thing you know, the poorly organized coup against Erdogan in Turkey (2016) fails and Erdogan gets carte blanche politically to crack down on anyone and everyone that might be a threat to him in Turkey. He fingers Gulen for the unrest. Gulen lives in Pennsylvania under the protection of the hussein administration that refuses extradition requests by Turkey.
Part of Erdogan’s popularity is that the Turkish economy was going gangbusters during his first and second terms. After the abortive coup, my theory is that the cabal and Euro interests (do I repeat myself?) crashed the Turkish economy and it’s only just now getting a little better.
Erdogan spends the next couple years consolidating power, winning another election, and is now making entreaties with Trump. He has three bargaining chips of varying value: NATO member, large economy, and storing nukes for NATO.
Despite all that, he’s a brute, he’s ruthless, and he’s probably all that’s keeping Turkey from exploding in more ways than one.
YMMV.
Thanks for that background.
Get better. The Mrs. had the crud a couple weeks ago, not good.
Thanks for more Erdogan info. I remember reading quite a few years ago that he fired or otherwise got rid of all generals and higher officers suspected of not being in line, this was way before the so-called coup. From what I read, it may have been a FF designed to draw in any mil who opposed his rule.
He is indeed a mohammedan dirtbag who fancies himself as the new caliph of a large mohammedan empire. That is why I usually call him “Erdog” but won’t today out of respect for President Trump. He’s a much more hardcore Islamist than the previous Turkish president (whoever he was, don’t remember name).
Thanx for sorting that out. Makes sense to me
