Remember those crowd hypnotists....maybe an “assembly program” in high school. They would hypnotize a group of people and give some them a secret code word and send them back into the audience.
Whenever the hypnotist would say the word, the person would jump to his feet and yell “Happy New Year” or something.
The clowns probaby scan FB looking for weak-minded whackjobs that have the right profile and entice them in with a fake job-offer...or “pay them a little visit”.
Then when needed, they just give them a phone call and speak the “magic word”.

I think that is a lovely one. As I understand it, shouting “Happy Birthday”after a stage hypnotist is a little bit different from taking up a gun and shooting friends or cohorts who are in your school. Hence your idea about the Derps finding weak minded/willed individuals who already have found a lot of hate and resentment already in place for them to work with.

And then there is the matter of being willing to shoot yourself with that gun. Or be so untrained that you are not able to escape the LEOs. I think the Derps were not able to cause the memory to be veiled as in other shooters who were later captured and didn’t recall the incident. [From the reading I’ve done, tampering with the memory involves creating shells and multiple personalities - not easily or quickly done and requires extreme trauma.]
This shooter was allowed to be a pawn and was sacrificed one way or the other. JMHO.
#783 mentions “shell.” (Another Q mention of shell - #1100 - has the clear context of “shell companies.) Perhaps the mention in #783 could reference the shells of personalities of people whose minds and memories have been tampered with. Just a thought.

But it could possibly also mean that their evil pyramid structure is a Potemkin village/Paper tiger...and is only shell thin.
Well, "they say" a subject won't do something they wouldn't be willing to do normally. But whackjobs frequently post their every thought on FB including thoughts of suicide and shooting up innocent people.
I'm thinking the CIA's FB is perfect for finding such useful idiots. Since they created it, they probably even have special FB search engines that can look for keywords, just like the NSA does to spot terrorists.

Supressed, traumatic episodes, true horror, things a person willfully does not wish to remember, things pushed down so far that the individual no longer resembles what they once were...can manifest itself in many ways.
The traumatized person can become disassociated with the suffering of others. the thought would be “where the hell were you when I was brutalized”? “ who are you to be happy?,
The person who was truly kind prior to brutalization may feel such massive guilt that yes, I think they could use that gun on themselves.
