Ransom, all I can think is 45's tweet this morning was at 6:32 AM with one BOOM in it. Market opens at 8:30 a.m. And the market closing even only third time in history would be a record day.
The Dow closed at an all-time high of 27691.49 on Monday and closed at 27.691.49 again on Tuesday.
Disney (NYSE:DIS) was also in the headlines as the company launched its new Disney+ service. And Boeing (NYSE:BA) influenced markets after the aircraft company attempted to restore public trust in the 737 Max.
Years ago, my tagline was something like “We either need less corruption or more opportunities for me to participate in it.”
It was supposed to be a joke. My wry observation that TPTB seemed to have everything rigged. Little did I know.

Heads up alert. A bit ago I saw a commercial on ID Discovery for a series starting on December 8 about the NXIVM Sex Cult. The preview looks pretty comprehensive. It’s possible it’s not a series but instead, a single special episode. I looked for a clip on their website but there is nothing available yet. Will follow up when more information is available.

Supreme Court Allows Sandy Hook Families’ Case Against Remington Arms To Proceed

The Supreme Court has denied Remington Arms Co.’s bid to block a lawsuit filed by families of victims of the Sandy Hook school massacre. The families say Remington should be held liable, as the maker and promoter of the AR-15-style rifle used in the 2012 killings.
The court opted not to hear the gun-maker’s appeal, in a decision that was announced Tuesday morning. The justices did not include any comment about the case, Remington Arms Co. v. Soto, as they turned it away.

Astonishing that a “conservative” Supreme Court is not going to protect the 2cnd amendment. Given that this case is in Connecticut, it could result in a huge award. Very troubling—bankrupt the gun manufacturers and the 2cnd amendment is toast?

I went to a Rod Stewart concert in the mid-70s. He was so drunk or high he could barely stand up so it was a big disappointment. The opening band, Rory Gallagher, was really good.
