If that isn’t one of the scariest things I’ve read in a long time! One of my good friends is a professor at a Christian University and she has said the same thing the past two years.

First, the the email was about her primary win.
I could find no verification that Podesta was the "mastermind" of any of her wins.(If you find any, please let me know ?)

From my Navy days it means setup the ship for night operations.

Anyplace with lights on used red lights to keep night vision for watch standers. Anyplace with a white light had a blackout curtain setup.
